Mrs. Wilson attended Allegheny College for her Bachelors of Science in Psychology, with minors in English and Values, Ethics, and Social Action. She received her Master’s in Education in Child Psychology from Duquesne University, where she continued on to complete her Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in School Psychology. Mrs. Wilson currently holds a School Psychology certificate in Ohio and Pennsylvania, along with being a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She tells students her job is to help people, whether with academics, social issues with peers, or even with something going on outside of school. Her job as a school psychologist allows her to help students in a variety of ways: through counseling, helping students with their studies and aiding teachers in finding the best ways to reach all students. At the Junior High, she teaches the Study Skills class, works with our RTI program, and aids the Jon Peterson Scholarship program. If you believe your student needs assistance in any way, please do not hesitate to contact her!
